SAWTOOTH QUILT - RED & GREEN
We are offering a "Striped Sawtooth" quilt made in Lancaster County, circa 1900. This unusual quilt design is dominated by alternating pierced strips of red and green printed cottons surrounded by an inner sawtooth border of green printed cotton. It is backed with blue and white striped fabric and bordered with indigo check fabric.
This quilt measures 82 x 82. The colors are bright and crisp- the stitches are tight. It is in excellent condition and would brighten any room.
