Dr. Possum

Inspired by the children books, "The Adventures of Uncle Wiggliy"(1910), by the American author,Howard R.Garis, Dr Possum is a main character who treats Uncle Wiggily for rheumatism. The artist has created Dr Possum with great attention to the detail of the character. It is completely hand wrought from head to toe. All clothes are hand made. Dr Possum stands 8" high and is constructed of Mohair - stuffed with saw dust.
