Pintail Decoy – Mason Standard Grade

Detroit, Michigan, 1885-1925 <!--mep-nl-->This decoy has a black with a white swirl from neck to head on both sides with a grey back.It has brown glass eyes and the rear back to tail sports white painted feather lines over a darker black background. The underside is off white with bands of white,teal and black feather strokes blending into the top grey This is a Mason Standard Grade = plain carving,no head detail,simple paint patterns,generally solid wood. It is good condition with minor wear. The dimensions are 14"L,6"H.
